The City of Oneonta, NY will be holding its very first Pridefest on June 11th thanks to a dedicated and committed group of passionate volunteers! If you are interested in donating time and/or talent please do so, as the planning committee is looking for all kinds of performers and entertainers to create a really fun festival!
The event starts at 10 a.m. with a rally featuring different speakers in Muller Plaza on Oneonta’s Main Street. At 11:30 a.m. rally attendees will march on the sidewalk to Neahwa Park for a family festival from noon to 4 p.m. featuring music, entertainment, food, vendors, and a variety of community organizations with information. All are invited.
There is an ongoing GoFundMe Campaign to which folks can donate to support this year’s event as well as establish a fund for subsequent pridefests! Please consider contributing!

Pride celebrations are needed more than ever now, given the toxic political environment for LGBTQ folks in this country. We need to let them know we are here, and that we are NOT going anywhere!
